Our Story
In 2005, our founder Mufaddal Mala started a Gulf-focused recruitment agency working directly with hiring managers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf to fill roles at entry to mid level. Placing candidates meant reading thousands of CVs and the same pattern kept showing up: strong professionals losing out, not for lack of experience, but because their CV never showed it.
We operates as a fully online career services company. Since 2007, we've delivered CV writing, career counselling, and LinkedIn optimisation to professionals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf entirely through digital channels: email, phone, and video consultation.
